This Refund Policy applies to all VPS hosting services purchased from vpcshosting.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund on any VPS hosting service within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, subject to the resource-usage condition in Section 2.
2. Resource Usage Condition
To qualify for a refund, your total usage of any allocated resource (CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth) on the service must not exceed 10% of the plan's monthly allocation at the time of the refund request. Requests for services where usage of any resource has exceeded this 10% threshold will not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket from your client area or email info@vpcshosting.com within the 30-day window, including your order/invoice number and the reason for the request.
4. Refund Method
- Payments made by card or other reversible payment method are refunded to the original payment method where technically possible.
- Payments made in cryptocurrency via CoinGate are refunded as account credit only, since blockchain transactions cannot be automatically reversed.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
5. Service Termination on Refund
Once a refund is approved and processed, the associated service is terminated and all data on it is deleted. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before requesting a refund.
